Complete and submit the following Vendor Registration form if:
1) you have been fingerprinted within the last 5 years and have a UNIFORM STATEWIDE VENDOR IDENTIFICATION BADGE
Note: If you have been fingerprinted by a school district within the last 5 years but DO NOT have a uniform statewide vendor badge, please see the instructions on this site for applying for a “Badge Only” under the "Vendors - Fingerprinting Needed" tab.
2) you are a construction worker in any trade working on a school construction site
You must also have a red Nassau County School District vendor badge to be worn on campus along with the statewide badge.
When you submit the Vendor Registration form, please indicate that you will be working on a school construction site. A Nassau County badge will be provided at no cost.
To have access to any of our sites, a vendor must have clearance with Nassau County School District. Once approved they will be added to the Vendors List. Vendors who have been fingerprinted and cleared by another Florida School District, must be reviewed and cleared by Nassau County School District.
The Vendor MUST submit this request either via email or by mail (listed below), so that background screening results are verified through The Florida Schools Shared Results System (FSSR).
