Students, the end of the grading period is almost here, so it is time to take care of your unexcused absences.  Remember your unexcused absences are attached to your passing grades. Check your Focus account for the dates needing to be excused or see Mrs. Wolgamott if you have any questions.

Seniors are selling Chick Fil A, $4 for just a chicken biscuit, $5 for biscuit and sweet tea, on Friday March 27.  If you would like to purchase, please let me, Marella, Becky, or any of our senior committee members know.  We are doing preorders until Tuesday March 24.  The proceeds are going to help offset the UNF arena rental fee for graduation (which is almost $10k). 

All potential Middle School and Varsity Football players, there is a MANDATORY pre-season meeting in the cafeteria tomorrow at 3:10. This is for all rising 7 graders -12th grade.

Anyone interested in Cheerleading for the 2020/2021 school year, there will be a MANDATORY parent meeting tonight at 5:00PM in the cafeteria.

Hilliard’s Delicious Donuts will be sold individually for $1 tomorrow, March 12.

Drivers Ed Class Applications for June 8-11 are available from Ms. Cribbs in the front office.  The first 25 applications returned completed will be enrolled.  This fills up fast so don’t wait!

There will be a MANDATORY senior meeting on March 26 at 2pm in the cafeteria.  ALL seniors are expected to attend, including guided workplace, bean center, and dual enrollment.

Tomorrow we will have our Interview Challenge with 20 Business Representatives from around the community.  Show your Hilliard Pride by greeting them with a smile and a helping hand. 

Seniors, Jostens will be in the cafeteria March 26th from 10-2 to deliver announcements

Any high school students interested in participating in the Miss Shrimp Festival 2020 Scholarship Pageant please come by guidance for an application.  This pageant requires attendance at multiple events between April 29th-May 1st.  The winner will be presented a $1000 scholarship.

Middle School students:  Morp (Middle School Prom) will be Saturday, April 4th from 7-10 PM in the cafeteria. Tickets will be available for purchase starting today. Advanced tickets are $35, and $40 if purchased at the door. Our theme this year is “A Magical Wonderland.” Any student attending Morp can NOT have any serious disciplinary issues.

Congratulations to the Boys’ and Girls’ Tennis teams for winning their matches against Yulee last night. For the girls’ V. Smith, S. Hall, L. Augustin, E. Dillard, and K. Lewis all won. H. Moore, S. Moore, L. Sutter, and J. Smith all won for the boys.

Congrats to our girls and boys track teams for a great meet on yesterday at Yulee HS.  Our team(s) competed against all our county’s schools.  We will have the actual county championship after spring break.  Go Flashes!

All track athletes don't forget your fundraisers are due on Monday when we return from Spring Break.  Anyone interested our Track program is selling Fan Cloth, donation dot cards, and raffling off 2 Flashes corn hole boards for $5 each ticket or 5 tickets for $20.
