Program Overview

Registration Process

After your Early Learning Coalition (ECS) voucher is approved, you must complete registration with the school district.

Eligibility Requirements

Children may attend if they:

  • Are or will be 5 years old by September 1


    and

  • Have not attended a private or public school VPK program during this school year

Required Documents

Please bring the following documents to your appointment:

  1. Two (2) proofs of physical address

    • Examples: a rent receipt or a mortgage deed, and a utility bill

  2. Child’s official birth certificate

    • Child must be 5 years old on or before September 1

  3. Child’s Social Security card (optional)

  4. Child’s immunization record (DH 680 certified)

  5. Health examination certificate

    • Must be dated within the past 12 months

  6. Episcopal

    VPK Certificate of Eligibility (voucher)

Program Details

Dates and Schedule

  • Program Dates: June 2 – July 23, 2026 (30 days)

  • Days: Monday through Thursday

  • Hours of Operation: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Transportation

Transportation is not provided.

Attendance Requirements

Attendance is required for the full program. A maximum allowable absence policy is enforced.

Meals

Breakfast and lunch will be provided, consistent with the regular school year.
