Nassau County students deserve a world-class education, and that starts with having exceptional teachers in every classroom and dedicated staff supporting them every day. Referendum dollars provide critical local funding to help Nassau County attract and retain high-quality employees across the District, provide competitive compensation, and ensure our schools have the teachers and staff needed to support student success.

By securing these local funds, we protect our classrooms from budget shortfalls, allowing the district to keep the focus entirely on student success, providing competitive teacher and staff pay, continuing to improve safety, art teachers in every elementary school, and supporting athletics district-wide.
