HES Parents/Guardians,
We are pleased to announce that Hilliard Elementary will be having an awards assembly to celebrate our students' accomplishments and success for the 1st nine weeks. Please take a moment to review the policies so that you arrive on time to see your student.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your assigned class time
Once your child's class has entered, admin will welcome you in the double doors
All visitors will ENTER the double doors of the cafeteria
2 classes will have a combined designated time for their awards
Pictures can be taken during the awards from your seat or with your individual student following the awards ceremony
Please exit quickly allowing the next group to get started on time
