Congrats to your Pirate Swimmers who started off their 2025 season with a dominating performance yesterday versus Yulee, West Nassau, and Hilliard! They won 15 of the 22 events with a mix of past Pirate swimmers and some new-to-the-sport swimmers!
Bravo Pirates and now get ready for a busy racing next week including an away meet next Tuesday against 5A powerhouse Ponte Vedra!

There will be an FBHS club informational meeting in the media center Wednesday, Sept. 3. The meeting will start at 11:55 and food and drink will be provided. Each club sponsor has been notified of this meeting, and they should be reaching out to at least one representative to attend. If you have any questions, see Mr. Webber.

Congratulations to the Girls Homecoming Court. All members of the court should see Mr. Hicks today. Do you like doughnuts? Well, the Interact Club is selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts on September 15th. The cost is $15 a dozen, $7.50 a half dozen, and $1.25 for a single doughnut. Please see an Interact member or Ms. Karpel in room 04-32 to purchase a ticket.

Good luck to the FBHS Swim Team today in their first meet against Yulee, West Nassau, and Hilliard!
The competition starts at 5:40pm at the Atlantic Rec Pool on Atlantic.

Seniors, the girl's homecoming court ballot is available now. It is accessible through the 2026 Senior Voting Classroom on Canvas. Voting ends tomorrow (Tuesday) at the end of the day. Please see Mr. Hicks if you have a problem accessing the ballot.

NAHS will have an informational meeting Wednesday at the beginning of lunch in Rm 06-17.

If you are interested in robotics, come check out the robotics club. We will hold our first practice on Wednesday, August 27 after school in room 10-19. No experience is required to join.

Students..... Beginning TODAY, Thursday, August 21st, our tardy policy, ID policy and dress code policy will be in effect.

The first FCA meeting will be held Wednesday, 27th during lunch in the gym.

Students, this Friday is the last day for schedule changes. No changes will be made after that time.

If you have not turned in your Homeroom forms yet, PLEASE turn those into the Guidance office.

Students: If you plan to self-carry emergency medication (such as inhalers, EpiPens, or Diabetic supplies) while on campus, you must have a completed Medication Authorization Form on file in the health room. Please turn in your signed form to the Dean's Office/Health room as soon as possible to ensure you are approved to self-carry your medication at school. Forms are available in the health room or Deans Office. If you have any questions, please see the health room staff.
