Free sports physicals for student-athletes are available at the 5th Annual Health and Safety Expo, sponsored by UF Health.

You must have a completed packet along with all required documentation in order to complete enrollment. Packets are available on the WNHS website, or you can pick up a hard copy from Ms. Alderman in Student Services.
