📣 Student Laptop Rollout – Important Info for Parents! 💻

We’re excited to get devices into students’ hands to support learning this school year! Laptops will be distributed during the second week of school:

📅 Distribution Dates
🔹 8th Grade – August 18
🔹 7th Grade – August 19
🔹 6th Grade – August 20

✅ What You Need to Know

Laptops will be handed out during math class at a scheduled time.
Math teachers will collect signed paperwork—students must have both forms completed and signed to receive a device.
If your student has a technology balance, invoices will be sent home during the first week.

All balances must be paid before a laptop is issued.
Payments can be made by cash, money order, or check (payable to YMS with a phone number) at the front office or media center.

We had an amazing turnout at our Middle School Orientation — hundreds of students and families came through to grab schedules, planners, meet their teachers, and explore our beautiful campus! 💛

A huge shout-out to our incredible custodial crew and everyone who helped freshen up the school over the summer — the place looks absolutely awesome! 🌟Also, can't forget yearbook staff, cheerleaders and football players who helped greet and show families around. Thank you!

The energy was nothing but positive, and it was so heartwarming to see new faces joining our community and familiar ones returning. (Seriously, how did you all grow so much over the summer?! 😄)
