Mrs. Wills’ AP Literature students explored their independent novels through creative project boards that demonstrate understanding of key literary elements. Students selected from titles including Remarkably Bright Creatures, To Kill a Mockingbird, West with Giraffes, Of Mice and Men, and The Pecan Man. Each project highlights elements such as theme, symbolism, characterization, and conflict while showcasing thoughtful analysis and creativity.
Sensory-Friendly Santa visited Hilliard Elementary School thanks to The Arc Nassau. Thank you to Mrs. Mandy Conner for coordinating Santa’s visits for students with special needs, and to Mrs. Crump and Mrs. Middleton for decorating the sensory-friendly space.
Callahan Middle School Future Business Leaders of America members represented their school with distinction at the FBLA District IV Performance Competition. Students demonstrated leadership, creativity, and critical thinking through competitive presentations, prepared speeches, and real-world business problem-solving scenarios. Their professionalism reflects the high standards of excellence upheld by CMS and across the district.
