Focus Login Reminder for Parents It has come to our attention that some parents are using their student’s login credentials and are now experiencing issues accessing Focus. This is happening because the updated login page separates access for Parents & Guardians and Students & Staff, and student account information entered under the Parents & Guardians section will not work. Here’s how to log in correctly: 🔹 Students must log in on the left side of the screen under “Students & Staff”. 🔹 Parents & Guardians must use their own account credentials and log in on the right side of the screen. If you do not yet have a parent account, click “Click here to register for a new account” on the login page to get started. Thank you for your attention to this update and for helping us keep student information secure.

The graphic displays the Focus login screen, showing two distinct login sections: “Students & Staff” on the left and “Parents & Guardians” on the right. It includes buttons for downloading the community app via the App Store or Google Play, and options to manage a parent account: register, add a student, or recover a login.
