  • Pirate Families:

We hope this message finds you and your family safe and well.  As you all know, based on the directives from Governor DeSantis, our schools are closed until May 1st.  As we stay committed to your child’s education, we are prepared to roll out Nassau County’s Elementary Instructional Plan, which will consist of a blended learning plan of online and paper-based instruction.

In the event of an extended closure, we are proactively providing 8 weeks of instruction for your student.  Instructional packets were mailed out, and they should be received the week of March 30th. Please contact our school immediately if your address has changed.  In addition to the packet, instructional videos and enrichment activities will be available online, which will be loaded onto your child’s Classlink dashboard.  To access Classlink please go to: https://launchpad.classlink.com/nassau
For families who do not have access to technology at home, devices were made available. Please continue to monitor our Nassau County School District’s website and Facebook page for updates.
In addition, look for daily communication from your child’s teacher starting the week of March 30th in order to check in and take daily attendance.  If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact our school, and we will do everything we can to assist you and your student.  We appreciate your support as we continue to work together to help your student succeed!
