As school counselors our mission is to support administration, teachers, parents, and the community of Nassau County in creating life-long learners at Wildlight Elementary School who will be future ready individuals by providing them a safe and caring learning environment developing their career, cognitive, and social-emotional environment. 

     Our Vision as school counselors at Wildlight Elementary School is to deliver a comprehensive developmental counseling program that addresses social, emotional, and academic needs of all students.  Through collaboration, advocacy, and leadership, we are professional student advocates who provide support to maximize achievement and student potential.  Our goal is to implement a multi-tiered system of supports to ensure students have access to the resources and skills needed to become universally, competitive life-long learners.
