• Our school nurse is available to help students with medical concerns in our health clinic. The health clinic is located in room 03-03 and is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Both prescribed and over-the-counter medications administered during school hours must be kept in the clinic and must have proper documentation. Proper documentation includes written justification from the physician, as well as a medication form filled out by the parent. All medication must be brought to the school by the parent.

    Immunizations:  All 7th grade students are required to have their immunization record up-to-date before entering the 7th grade. If the student does not have the required shots, he/she will not be able to enter school. If your student has recently received a required shot, please bring evidence of the shot (including the date given) to the clinic.
