• Yulee Elementary Registration Packet

    Parents, 

    Please download the document below.  Once you download it, you will be able to fill it out (type in it) and then print the document.  Please ensure that you print the document one-sided.  Registration packets are also available for pick up at the school during regular school hours.

    Please complete the packet and gather ALL the required documentation* (see Registration Checklist) before signing up for a registration time.

    NOTE:  New current documentation for proof of residency is now required.  See what is needed on the Registration Checklist (top page of registration packet). 

    Scan the QR Code below (or use the link) to schedule an appointment to register your student at Yulee Elementary (grades 3-5).  We will begin registering on July 19, 2024.  School begins on August 12, 2024. 

     

    *** Students promoted from Yulee Primary (from Grade 2 to Grade 3) do NOT need to register!!!!
