    Please contact one of the following School Counselors to schedule an appointment for the 2025-2026 school year:

    WHAT TO BRING:

    • Completed Registration Packet with all required registration documentation (Proof of Residency and Driver's License must match, immunization records, and Florida physical)

    *We are able to make copies of all the required registration documentation for you. 

     

    *Please note, upcoming 6th graders transferring from YES or WES do not need to register.   

     

     

  • Registration Updates

    ALL out of state students will be required to show proof of immunizations and a Florida physical prior to enrollment.  You will no longer be allowed to give out of state students a 30-day window to gather this information. 

    All 7th grade students will need their Tdap shot. Updated immunization forms should be provided to the school as verification.
