Counselor for 9th-12th grades 

 Mrs. Jarrett is in her 9th year as an educator at HMSHS and her 4th year as a School Counselor here. She graduated with her Bachelor's from UNF in English Education and then pursued her Masters in Guidance and Counseling at Arkansas State University. It is her mission to have every student feel welcomed, connected, and a part of the Flashes family.  Additionally, she strives to challenge each student to grow in their academic abilities and looks forward to working with both students and their parents as they navigate through high school and prepare for their next steps.

Mrs. Vanzant is in her 9th year as an educator at HMSHS and her 2nd year as a School Counselor. She has lived in Nassau County her whole life and lives here with her husband, Clay, and her daughter, Reese.  She is looking forward to working with the students and families of HMSHS. Mrs. Vanzant believes it's important to provide support in all areas to assist our students in becoming productive members of society. She is here to support our students in their academics, as well as socially and emotionally.
