New Student Registration Information
Registration Packets May Be Turned in to Mrs. Williams (data entry specialist) at ANY TIME without an appointment with the school counselor:
Necessary documents:
- Child's birth certificate/Social Security Card
- Health examination certificate by a private physician or the County Health Department
- Certificate of immunization
- Proof of residency (e.g., CURRENT lease agreement, utility bill, etc.)
- Parent Identification (Must Match Current Residency)
For students registering that have been in a previous school, we request that any educational documents (e.g., report cards, IEPs, etc.) are brought to the school at the time of registration.
