Senior Authorization to Leave Campus at Lunch.You will need this filled out completely to be able to leave at lunch.  Off Campus Authorization Form

All students will need to submit a student acceptable use of technology form when receiving a school issued computer.  The form can be found HERE!

Mental Health Wellness, Substance Abuse Prevention, and Child Trafficking Prevention Education
