      Registration Packets May Be Turned in to Mrs. Jarvis (data entry specialist) or Ms. Alderman(Guidance Registrar) at ANY TIME:

       

      If you would like to speak to a counselor, you may schedule an appointment: 

      • 12th grade (all) and 9th students with last names A-K (Mrs.Eddy) Ext. 3643
      • 10th grade (all) and 9th Early College Students (Mrs.Long) Ext. 3626
      • 11th grade (all) and 9th students with last names L-Z (Mrs. Harris) Ext. 3607

      We look forward to meeting you! Currently, registration is by appointment only. The following documents MUST be brought at the time of registration, or your appointment will have to be rescheduled:

      Necessary documents:

      • Child's birth certificate/Social Security Card
      • Health examination certificate by a private physician or the County Health Department
      • Certificate of immunization 
      • Proof of residency (e.g., CURRENT lease agreement, utility bill, etc.)
      • Parent Identification (Must Match Current Residency)

       For students registering that have been in a previous school, we request that any educational documents (e.g., report cards, IEPs, etc.) are brought to the school at the time of registration.
