Mrs. Loudermilk is entering her 17^th year in Nassau County where she has served as a 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade teacher and was the Assistant Principal at Yulee Elementary School.  She attended the University of Central Florida where she obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. Her educational journey continued at the University of North Florida where she received her Masters of Education Degree in Educational Leadership. Mrs. Loudermilk is excited to begin her 4th year as the Principal of Hilliard Elementary School. She loves being a part of the Hilliard school and community team along with her two sons and with the support of her husband. She looks forward to working with an outstanding faculty and staff team as they continue building a successful school organization while encouraging students and teachers to reach for the stars and achieve their goals each and every day. Through hard work, dedication, and working as a team, she truly feels that Hilliard Elementary will continue to strive for and achieve greatness.
