Richard Pearce is an experienced educator who has dedicated his career to improving students' lives in the Callahan community. With a background in Exceptional Student Education and a passion for science education, Richard has spent over sixteen years as an Agricultural Science teacher and the head baseball coach at West Nassau High School. 

In addition to his role of teacher and coach, Mr. Pearce has served as both a dean and assistant principal at West Nassau. Throughout his career, Mr. Pearce has built strong relationships with students, parents, and his colleagues, and is known for his unwavering commitment to the students. 

Richard's leadership style is characterized by his passion for building solid relationships with the community. He believes that education is a collaborative effort and that strong partnerships between schools, families, and the community are essential for student success. 

Mr. Pearce is honored and excited to be the principal of West Nassau High School.
