Maintenance Department

The Maintenance Department is made up of a dedicated crew of Technicians that are knowledgeable, talented and efficient in their fields.  They are responsible for constructing, installing, repairing and replacing issues as they relate to general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, fire alarms and intercoms, painting, telephones, locks and keys, fencing and roofs, just to name a few.

All calls for assistance are initiated from each school but come through our office to be assigned to the appropriate technician for the task...and there are many, many tasks that are issued daily.  Last school year, 2022–2023, the maintenance department handled over 17,000 work orders.
