Transfers for Current Employees

Current Nassau County School District employees, who are seeking to transfer from one school or location to another school or location, must submit a Transfer Request Form. Transfer Request Forms are specific to each individual job posting and may not be used for more than one job posting. The employee may not be interviewed in the absence of a Transfer Request Form signed by the releasing Principal or Supervisor. The Transfer Request Form is a multi-part form and may be requested through the Human Resources Department.

Collection, Use & Release of Social Security Numbers
On March 13, 2017, the Nassau County School District Human Resources (Personnel Services) Department began requiring applicants to visit the Applicant Tracking website to create an online profile and an employment application to submit for any posted vacancies. We no longer accept paper applications effective April 1, 2017.
